Default I never knew how much

That daft little cat meant to me.

Went to the vets tonight with the cat. It didn't come back. My Mrs has had him for 16 years. Good innings and a good life as she worshipped him. His sister died a couple of years ago.

I'm not really a cat person, but am missing him tonight. Room got dusty at the vets when me daughter asked when Fluffy was coming home.

Rest in peace, Fluffy. It was my honour to have known you

    RIP Fluffy.

    Hard lines Porr marra.
Like you say good innings for the cat.
Sorrowful times when your pet dies.
Get another one from a shelter asap.

I'm not a cat person and I didn't realise how fond I was of ours until she wasn't there any more. Look after your ladies tonight, they may need you.

aye difficult times marra, lost me dog at 16 last year which was hard. He had to cope with us taking on a cat thru family elsewhere and now she knows she is in charge!! Not quite the same as you can do more with a dog but sure my view will change when time comes

Cheers for the words, lads. Means a lot, and Charlotte will take comfort from them.

We are going to get another one from a shelter, but are going to wait until the baby is born, touch wood. Will give it four of five months after.

Remember when me Yorkie died and i cried in front of a class at Pennywell when I got the call. They shuffled me out of the room, sat me on the stairs and promised to be good. Bless them

Know how you feel, marra. Me Yorkie was 18 when he went. Me mother sold her house because of it. She'd had the house for 26 years but could not stand the place because the dog was no longer there.

A memory I will take is waking up half cut and looking at me Mrs. I wondered, in my drunken state, how she had managed to grow an afro through the night. It was Fluffy wrapped round her head to keep warm.

Ower lass (no) got our tabby cat from a shelter a few years ago.

It's a beautiful animal and has become attatched to me for some reason rather than ower lass.

It spends most of its time prowling the neighbourhood but when indoors at night it needs to sleep on top of me. It constantly gets crushed when I turn ower in the night.
    The daft bastard.

I've got a Westie that is also suffering at the minute, but he is young enough to pass the suffering onto my pocket. He's sloped off, so I presume he has found himself a comfy spot upstairs. He's certainly not in his bed, next to my feet.
