    Default Correct way to squat

    Anyone got a good link or any advice. Need to start doing these as my leg development is none existent compared to my upper body. Gonna start to look ridiculous shortly. Need to up my leg game.

    Correct form is quite hard, going below parallel is the difference like. If u don't youre cheating. Knees should not be any further forward than ur feet, bend from the hips, push from the heel etc etc

    Just YouTube it, only watch rippetoe if u have 40 minutes and a long concentration span. Although YouTube is hit and miss you could end up watching a video by any old knacker.

    I find squatting quite hard, I bench more than I squat at the minute. Not my excercise use at all, but I have a tendency to neglect legs

    Cheers for that. Good vids but it's put me off again. Way to much stuff to remember. I have visions of a lower back snap even when watching someone do it properly.
