Is there a worse company in the UK at the moment for customer service? Barely able to understand the Indians and their policies and procedures are a joke.

Trying to move a contract onto Pay as you go and get an unlock code for the missus' sony ericsson. They said they have to send a new sim out. Three were able to just update my sim to make it pay as you go - no bother at all.

Then just rang for an unlock code to use the phone here and they said it takes 7-14 days and will charge £20. Again Three were no bother, it was £15 and they gave me it straight away. When I challenged this with a team leader(after a previous one hung up on me) and told them my experience with Three she said it was impossible to do it straight away - er no it fucking isn't.

I also tried to bring up the fact I'd been hung up on and she just kept changing the subject. When I asked to be put through to someone more senior she said I'd have to ring back and hope I could get someone senior!

What you doing out there like berb? Holiday or working? Thought i'd not seen you on playstation for a while.

Work mate aye. Well I'm out of work at the minute but that is the intention

Playstation won't be with me till mid July and I'll be back on then. Missing it like. Aussie TV is shocking.

my orange phone is knackered and the level of service I am getting from them is atrocious. pretty sure they'd be in breach of their obligations to me.

Bloody expensive place to be out of work though. One round of two drinks cost me £13 last night.
