    Half way through Season 3 and he's turned into a right fat fucker.

    Has the 4th Season started yet as i havent seen it anywhere to download?

    Watched an episode a couple of months back by chance and watched loads since. Some of the stuff he knocks back is unreal!

    Not surprised he's put a bit of beef on like!!

    I like the concept and some of the food looks unreal but watching it whilst on a diet is a fecking nightmare. I'm sitting there eating a salad and he's tucking into a burger the size of me head...Bastard

    The challenge on the one i just watched was that he had to eat 3 burgers which totalled 6lbs but he only managed 2 and a bit.

    Burgers looked lush like.

    I read somewhere that he tries to keep to a strict diet outside of the challenges but haven't seen any recent episodes.
