It isn't legally available for free though.

Don't get me wrong, I have plenty of stuff I haven't paid for but if it is something I listen to/play regularly I'll make the effort to buy it. Why should the developers spend x amount of money creating a game only for people to feel somehow entitled to not pay for it?
