Playing Saturday leagues is better. Sunday league football has too many players pissed from the night before.

When I was down south I played sat and Sunday league. In Surrey sat league definitely higher standard

It is in newcastle. Played both but stopped sunday league. The two leg breaks i have had is due to players with late tackles on a sunday morning.

The saturday night drink disorientates their timing.

unless you are playing Northern League football on a Saturday the standard is poor compared to the top divisions of the Durham and Sunderland Sunday Leagues

I use to play Sunday league Durham stepys leagues we were good league 1 team also played for a league 3 side who had a fair few lads playing Saturday who were shite so the standed isn't to much different
