4 – Papiss Demba Cisse has scored four goals from just six shots on target so far in this season’s Bundesliga. Lethal.

I was watching bundesliga highlights yesterday. He scored 2 vs Bremen. First was a cross which came off his chest, the second was a header I think. A big bastard, good in the air. Not sure he'll score prolifically in the Prem but moreso than our other strikers.

His time at the Breisgau-Brasilianer is limited. Dembele is much better and will replace Cisse.

In all honesty, I think he'll struggle in the Premier League. He's not as skillful as Sess or Gyan. I think Ji is a better bet than Cisse.

If we sign him, I'd love to be proved wrong, but I've serious reservations about him playing up front for us.

He'd work best with wingers crossing in from the byline (so that's that one out) or playing as a frontman for Gyan and Sess to play off (if we're going to do this, ji is a better option, in my opinion).

He's scored 32 goals in 50 games for Freiburg, who play a 4-4-1-1 formation, so it would seem hes a canny lone striker

Freiburg don't play 4411. They play 4 1 4 1. It's effectively a 451 with one of the midfielders playing between the 2 banks of 4 as a holding player who looks to pick up forwards playing off a lone striker.
