Young, energetic, fast, hungry squad / team taking place.....
With attacking players like Campbell, Welbeck and Bent not many defences wil relish playing us.
Onuoha very fast and will add a dimension to the back four that has been missing. He can run the hundred metres in just over 10 seconds, was the english school champion at 16.
Mensah, Da Silva, Turner, Bramble all offer solid partners to him if he is to play CB.
Cattermole and Cana only had 2 good games together, they were to similar.
Riveros looks like he could be a fantastic tricky player to play next to Cattermole.
Henderson and Meyler have another year under their belts and will have developed further.
Jones was excellent a handful of times, nowhere near consistent enough for a top prem striker. How many goals did he and Bent link up for ( I can only remember Blackburn one!)
We have an attacking flair i cant remember us having since the Johnston, Summerbee, Quinn and Phillips days.
One happy fan here, no more long ball, never worked anyway.
Add one of Ireland, Bellamy or N'Zogbia and we will be flying.

A couple more attacking players and so long as we dont have too many injurys we are in with a shot improving on last year. Which should be the target each year.
