Stadium of light tour

Anyone done the tour before and is it any good,got a couple of vouchers at the weekend so hoping to do it soon

Had a ST since 97 and been in a box a few times, players lounge and all that over the yrs on a matchday but never been on a tour. Fancy doing one now though with Jimmy Monty doing them.

Edit - Just seen that they're £35! Didnt think they were that much!

If you have never done it before, then absolutely do it.

A lot of it you will have seen before, but getting to wander around the different parts of the stadium, the dressing rooms, the players' tunnel is really good.

And you do normally pick up a few snippets from the tour guides that give you a different perspective.

I think there are different kinds of tours - I think Monty's tour is something as bit different - not done that before.

Had one when I was 6 in 98 and I enjoyed it, would like to go again tbh

Its not worth the money - out dated tour and out dated tour people. Better off spending your money on upgrading to a match in the black cats bar or sports bar !!

I did one years ago. The highlight was emerging from the tunnel to the Dance of the Knights :)

did one during the quinn/phillips era, when we were taken in to the dressing rooms, we were told 'apologies for there being no kevin phillips or niall quinn shirts, it seems we had a thief amongst the previous tour group
