Pains me to say it but i think they might get something out of this season.

2good signings at CB all be it a pair of sick notes to go with shawcross and huth who are both decent.

and signing Palacios and Crouch would be ideal for them.
Horrible football like, but i think they're going to pull it out of the bag. maybe even get a good cup run in europe.

    Anyone agree/disagree?

If they stay in the Europa for any length of time I think they will struggle badly in the league.

I hope not, even stoke fans hate stoke. Just goes to show how a European football can bring in players.

I reckon 9th - 12th and no cup runs or owt, just a run of the mill mid table season. I don't mind Stoke unlike some on here. The footballs a bit shit but it works for them..

Id wait and see who they sign first, Palacios and Crouch have been mentioned but Stoke have a terrible habit of not getting deals over the line.

I cant see them being in trouble, theres too much rubbish at the bottom of the league for them to get sucked in.

Need some decent new faces in up front though.

That was proved many years ago.

When English teams banned from Europe. Some top players moved North of the Border.

Could you see the current England Captain moving to the Old Firm.
