Getting old really freaks me out

Can't say it freaks me out but I'm approaching 40 and thinking of things I need to do before my (already knackered) body prevents me.

Me too, though I do replace 30 with 34 (soon to be 33 :( )......

Bloke i know in his late 60's, is still going out drinking, smoking and shagging! Brilliant fella! Hope i last that long and can be like him!
