Anyone been afore?

I'm here now and got another 3 weeks to go.
Any recommendations on what to do / places to go?

Staying in a hotel on the south east next to Jacinto City if that makes any difference

grafting mate, started working for an oil and gas company and they've sent me over here for some training

There are a whole bunch of us... AB22, Tex, Texasmackem..... A few of us are now trying to get together for games at either The Richmond Arms or Ron's Pub or even The Red Lion.

What is it that you are looking to do?

Both Tex and I live in the Galleria / Uptown area, AB22 lives a little further out now.

looking for somewhere decent for a drink to be honest mate. there's me and a welsh lad here.
we're hoping that we're gonna get the odd sunday off so fancy a good sup one saturday.
next to us we only really have the restaurant type bars.
and we're wanting a pub really (clamming for a pint of guiness).

Wouldn't mind taking in a game of somekind at one point.

main problem for us is the bars next to our hotel are mainly full of mexicans/hispanic and we dont half look out of place there!!!
