Genuinely mate. Build quality is very poor, we got a laptop of my wifes folks last Christmas, looked after it very well and it's falling to pieces all ready, same with lots of other people I know who have Dell.

Not sure if it's specifically a laptop you're after but if you want a games machine I highly recommedn these folks, http://www.chillblast.com. Had my PC made by them 5 years ago and it runs as fast as it always has, still plays most things and it only cost me around 700 even back then. 2 Year warranty as well, they'll collect and repair if needs be but they helped me sort my problems on the phone. I know how to take a PC apart solely becuase of the advice they gave me, they're really a superb company.
