Shami Chakrabarti to speak at Fans’ Parliament
You’ll know from last week’s Fans’ Parliament Special that our annual conference is fast upcoming (Saturday July 24th) and Declan Hill, author of The Fix: Soccer and Organized Crime, is our guest speaker. Fans’ Parliament also features workshops on unsustainable club debts and club governance, lack of safe standing, and England's 2018 World Cup bid. Hundreds of fans will attend, along with expert speakers, to see how the supporters’ lot can be improved. We’re very pleased to announce that there’ll also be a workshop on policing and stewarding – the issue that sparks more complaints to the FSF than any other – featuring Liberty director Shami Chakrabarti. Don't forget to vote in our FSF Awards too, deadline for entries is Wednesday June 30th.
