    Default Kieran Richardson

In all 4 games he has looked great defensively and everyone was thinking he would be suspect. Its looking like a masterstroke by Bruce to insist on him playing there and making it a condition of his contract.

I must admit, like many others I would have been glad to be rid of him pre season but hes saved us millions with his performances.

He's got the potential to be a very good attacking left back, he's proving me wrong.

Just want him to be another 20% less stupid.

Might have a decent back up anarl in Ringo when he is eventually fit. For the rest of this season anyway, although Young Liddle is back with us

he has the attributes to be a decent fullback. He's quick and very energetic. He's slowly learning the position so by the end of the season we may have a vey accomplished left back.

i like Kieran me, he looks as if he believes he can play there as opposed to last season sometimes. If he continues to improve all season he must be in with a chance of being A.Coles back up?

I wasn't sure, but if he keeps it up I agree - it'll look like a masterstroke. My only gripe was that we need him to play as regularly as he can there to learn the position, he was moved into midfield against Colchester which was baffling.

Couldn't believe how one or two on here were blaming him for quite a few Citeh attacks the other week. One or two posters especially for the Tevez miss, which of course it was his fault the move broke down, but he got criticised for the move coming down the left and him supposedly being "suspect positionally" when in fact there were three Citeh players against two Sunderland, Cattermole comitted himself leaving 3 against 1 and Richardson closed the rest down and tried to slow their move down, yet suffered criticism for not taking out the player who eventually passed to Tevez, which would have taken him out of the game leaving two on Mingolet. I guess some have their minds made up nomatter what.
