25 years too late as far as I'm concerned.
We had that problem in my halls of residence. Only three toilets on the floor and the cleaners only worked Monday to Friday. So on Friday he'd shit all over one of them, on Saturday he'd shit all over a second one, and then on Sunday he'd shit all over the last one. So from getting up on Sunday afternoon until the cleaners came round on Monday [after my classes had started] we had nowhere to shit. But we were the ones being culturally intolerant when we complained.

One of the rigs I work on has a pic on the back of the cubicle doors showing the aftermath of a 'squat on the porcelain' defecation. The bowl broke, and the sharp end hit him up the arse - it looked like a shark attack.
Mind, there are also notices saying 'do not wash feet in toilet bowl', and outside 'do not wash feet in sink'.

At Kenilworth Road there are signs nailed to the cistern of the ladies toilet that says "not drinking water".
