Tunisia - anyone been ?

lass i know has just booked up to go there...........and as i constantly spout on that the SMB is the fountain of all knowledge she has asked me to come on here and find out the do's/ donts, wheres good/ wheres not and any other hints or tips that would be useful

Me father worked there for a year and a half, had two words to sum the place up.

Was 8 or so years since i've been, but it was a cracking place. Lovely relaxing holiday, cracking beach, food was very nice, and hot as f*ck! Lovely littel marina place.

It was just developing when i went, and i always said i would go back to see how it is now.

yeah, dont really fancy it myself to be honest.......hated egypt and imagine it will be similar.......but the lass i know (sorry, nee pics) has already booked up so thought i would try and get some info for her

Well it was a family holiday like so we didn't really venture too far out of the way apart from the marina and the local town/beach and Sousse.
But like has been said, lovely restaurants and bars. Dunno if it would be lively enough for a young couple like but depends on what type of holiday you want.
