it was indeed, but if we get a point against a bogie team we haven't beat home or away or in the last 7 attempts that would do, given the fact most never expected 3 points from City yesterday.
That said, we're on a good run, 10 league points (3 win, 1 draw, 1 defeat) from a possible 15, Wigan have taken 5 from 15 (1 win, 2 draws, 2 defeats), so why not go for a win?
Bearing in mind we play Chelsea away on 14th, so if MoN plays a 1/2 strength team as per Man City, then yea, a point is good. However, (and I'm sure its been said before), we owe Wigan a few goals, and if we can score at least 2, then I think all 3 points will be coming back to the North East with the lads post match
