You know, on boards like this, it has become normal for every fan to become - astonishingly - an expert football manager, coach and chairman.
But it's all bollocks. We really don't know enough, don't have any experience, really have no actual ability to even understand what is required.
I remember - way back in my youth - we didn't have this delusion. We accepted that a manager was in charge and needed a few years to prove what he could do. We weren't saying after a few weeks that he was 'tactically naive...' (I love it when an internet warrior bashes out that phrase on his keyboard...)
It's a fantasy land sometimes on places like this, isn't it? We're kids playing 'Dungeons and Dragons' and pretending we're 'Master Dragon Slayers' ...or 'Premiership Football Managers'.
We really need to kop on sometimes...
