Some people at work go to bed at like 1am. Dunno how they manage it me like

Depends what shift i am on, backshift this week so go to bed when i feel like it and get up when i wake up.

If the missus is off work I get to stay in bed till 7am because she takes the dog out.

Since I've stopped drinking as much coffee generally in bed by 10pm, up at 6am. Even on a weekend if I go to bed late I still can't seem to lie in.
