I'm looking to tone up now that i've finished training for the GNR. I took whey protein after every session last winter, and bulked up rather than toned.
Do I still take the whey protein for toning only?

thats the only one i'll touch (don't care what the price), never ordered online, but i suppose in the next round of personal budget cuts thats one for the list.
