Default All these players injured for the start of the season...

I have been told many times on here that we were going to be missing LOADS of players for the start of the season including Turner, Bramble and Cattermole. Well last night we only had Gordon, Westwood, Meyler and Campbell out injured.

Westwood will be back soon, Gordon looks likely to be sold and Meyler may be back in time for the first game so it looks like we might go into the season with just Campbell as an injury worry (Unless we pick any up in pre season)

Where do all of these posters get their information from? So many people had told me this FACT that I believed it and started spreading the word of our injury crisis myself.

They just make stuff up to suit their argument at times.

Assuming Gordon stays, and not accounting for any injuries pre-season of course, I'm only expecting Campbell and Gordon to be missing come August 13th.

And what jsd said (about making stuff up).

There were reports at the end of the season in the press suggesting that a few players may struggle to be fit for the start of the season. Some posters may expand on that but that's by the by. It's excellent that the likes of Bramble, Turner, Cattermole and Richardson played the lion's share of last night's game with no problems.
