Default A couple of players away from a good side?

Don't quite know how to define a good side like but I think if we can add a little bit of spark in midfield we can really push on and finish in the top 8.

N'Zogbia is the obvious choice and we probably have a good chance of getting him as he really wanted to come here in the summer.

I would like us to go for Stephen Ireland too, we just struggle to create from midfield, today was a prime example when we had a fair bit of the ball for an away team but we gave the ball away too much with bad passing.

We obviously have strength in depth at the back and we are ok up front so all the money needs to go in midfield, if we had had a bit of spark there today we would have easily won today.

Having said that, we are having a better season than I imagined and to be sitting in 6th is a nice feeling.

Bruce is doing a cracking job in my opinion and we really look like we belong in this division

He was forced to go to Villa, bad move for him apart from the cash, may do better else where maybe

He had one good season at City. Before, and since, he's done absolutely nothing more than the players we've currently got.

    I'm yet to be convinced.

I think we all agree that its midfield creativity thats needed. Zenden shows what a creative player can do, way past his best but still way above what we have.

Richardson, Steed and Reid on his day are starting to look more and more like yesterday's men and if we are to take advantage of the fantastic position we are in we, or more to the point Bruce, needs to act in a few weeks time.

Riveros was a answer but if he does the job it's not going to be this season so an experienced tried and tested EPL midfielder please Mr B.

next step: reid back on bench to come on when ideas are lacking and we need killer ball....and kranjar and nzog (or jarvis at wolves) to replace steed and zenden (class but clearly getting too old soon(

We are a good side. We are a couple of players away from being excellent.

We're heading in the right direction that is certain. I cant say I have a big problem with any of our players. Massive change in quality since Bruce arrived. Good too see.
