    Default Redknapp very balanced

"Cant blame Gordon as got upto seven 6ft 2ins plus players all over him".....

"Sunderland had to come and play football too and they did that really well"....

Got to say I thought his analysis was pretty much spot on all afternoon.

You would stick up for your son though, Bagpuss

My opinion, for what its worth, is that the only time we looked uncomfortable today was when they launched it in the direction of our 6 yard box. As difficult as that is to deal with, Gordon needs to be cleaning everyone out to get to them, he was all too "nancy boy-ish" today in dealing with them. A few on here have us down as playing poor today but I dont think we were that bad, just couldnt deal with them when they were playing to their strengths and its been very costly.

We tried to get the ball down and played some ok stuff at times

Even the stoke fans on the oatcake have said we passed them off the park.

Very promising that today. With a big centre half or a decent referee we would have won today.
