    Default Boiler on the blink

My boiler is constantly on no matter what i set the temperature to or what time I set it to come on. Radiators are all at different temperatures too. The house is like a sauna. Anyone have any ideas what is going on with it?

Dont understand why the rads are different temps mate.

If the boiler is on it should be the same throughout, is the pump working ?

About the boiler, is it a combi, back boiler ????

Sounds like there's fa wrong with the boiler if the house is like a sauna. Thermostat issue

I would think so if the house is like a sauna!

He means he's set the rads to different temps, not that they are different temps

It's a condensing boiler. All of the radiators are set to the same temp and normally are spot on. Noticed it first happening on Saturday. It mentions something about a frost detection in the manual so I thought it was that at first. Had to get up in the middle of the night as I was boiling. Never thought I would be sleeping in my under crackers on top of the covers in December. Not looking forward to the gas bill either.

Potentially a blockage in the system then... Is the room where the thermostat is cold?

That would lead to it thinking the boiler had to be on all the time

And why don't you just set the timer to be off at night?

The hottest place is where the thermostat is.

It is set to be off at night but it's taking no notice of the timer and staying on all of the time

The thermostat / signal is fooked then. The different temps of the rads is probably just a bit of air in the system

You can always just cut the power to the boiler
