January Challenge - Macro - Entries ONLY
The theme for the first challenge of 2012 is Macro Photography.
Most digital compacts have a macro setting and using the right lenses on (D)SLRs will produce some good results, so I think it's a theme that everyone can have a go at.  Details Nikon D300 70mm kit lens (NOT macro) 10 second exposure. Water droplet gizmo: Scratch built from an old enlarger found at a car boot. A couple of adjustable valves, some air tube, some ingenuity and some time!  |
