Why has Hutton's value decreased so much from last season (when he was allowed to be loaned out) after playing quite a bit for them?

Hutton will be at least third choice RB at Tottenham, I think this season will also help Levy realise that sometimes its better to have money in the bank. If Tottenham had a forward who could score they would have been easily 4th.

free transfers aren't free, some people just dont realise it. they get extra signing on fee and end up with a bigger wage. Hence why da silva was on 40k a week.
