    Default Best Protein Shake

I'd like to plumb the depths of the not inconsiderable wealth of SMB knowledge on protein shakes. I've previously used the Holland and Barrett whey powder with soya milk. Now for an easy life I'd like a protein shake that is good and is bearable with water.

    Any ideas?

Aye mate, I just use the Impact Whey they offer. They're doing a chocolate coconut flavour I'll try next.

Same here, I've currently got banoffee flavour. I tend to use a tiny bit of milk in my water.

Don't bother with milk, but I do leave them a little thick, but they mix no bother.

I only use the maximuscle ones. the cheaper alternative is the sci max stuff.

Try dolphinfitness.co.uk. Cheapest place online that I have found.

The unflavoured whey protein (from MyProtein.com) with water for me.

Flavours there are too hit and miss, and if you get a bad one, you're stuck with a kilo of it. Slowly working my way through "cookies and cream" at present and it is minging.
