    Default O'Shea..

Sounds like he'll be back for the Fulham game. Would you put him back in the first team?

    Trap still hopeful over O'Shea

Giovanni Trapattoni is hopeful that John O'Shea will be able to play some part in the Republic of Ireland's Euro 2012 play-offs against Estonia.

O'Shea will definitely miss Friday's first leg in Tallinn through injury but Trapattoni has confirmed the Sunderland full-back will team up with the squad on Saturday with a view to having him available for the return leg at the Aviva Stadium on Tuesday.

"We will wait for John O'Shea. He is not fit for this [the first] game, but he will come with us on Saturday," Trapattoni said.

Ireland are the favourites to progress to next summer's tournaments but their record in play-offs is something Trapattoni is aware of as he prepares his side for the upcoming matches.

"In these games, we have a great opportunity, but we are also aware that we are facing a team that has very good organisation on the pitch and we should not under-estimate them," Trapattoni said.

"We will have to show our pride. I am proud of our team and it will be very important for us to show all the Irish people our quality, our mentality and our attitude.

"Only with this attitude, we can get over these 180 minutes and achieve qualification."

Yes, but only because I don't particularly rate Bardsley not because of how good O'Shea's looked for us.

I'll be livid mind if he rushes back to play for Ireland and gets injured again.

Yes. Bardsley was a liability on Saturday, he doesn't deserve to retain his place should O'Shea be fit.

Played well against Bolton, Stoke and Swansea so far this season.

He hasn't been great but then again he hasn't been sent off twice this season and looked very poor like Bardsley has.

I'd keep Bardsley at right back. O'Shea has looked very ordinary at right back and doesn't get up and support the winger enough and you need to be able to do that, especially in home games.

Chopping and changing the back 4 every game is also doing nobody any favours, let O'Shea sweat it out on the bench for a few games so we can be sure he's not going to breakdown again.

O'shea has been a major let down for me, very rarely finds his man.
