Good question Tony. It could snow in November, December, January or February. So let's have a 4 month winder break, eh?

We could have followed the Germans lead and had one from the 19th Dec until last week but still played yesterday DOH!

Exactly. A break = more fixtures during the rest of the season. Then if games get called off with snow there'll be even more congestion, and the managers already moan about that.

Can't have a winter break man. I can barely last through the summer with the lack of footie never mind another time in the year when there's no footie on.

Our match v Fulham was abandoned due to snow on April 20th a few year agan. Better extend the break till May just in case eh?
