I don't think there will be either. I'd bet there's a female manager somewhere in the football league in ten years, but not in the Premier Leage. There's only one black manager in the Premier League for fuck's sake, and that's Connor (who hardly counts as a manager at all). An ambitious lower league club'll appoint a woman for the press attention at some point in the next decade, but I can't see it filtering up to the Premier League that quick.
