Default Why do old people think they can get away with being cheeky?

Just been down to the community centre attached to my work building and i walked in and there was a group of old wimmin there. One of them chirped up and said, "Eee, i haven’t seen him in a while".

So i turned round and said, "Who's him" as i was in the room and she could have easily said, "Hello son" etc... I then got an ear full about respecting my elders and have no manners!

As i left i noticed her Granny cart parked outside so i disconnected the battery, see how long that takes the old bat to figure it out!

On another occasion, i was on a bus and an old woman got on. The bus was packed and no one got up to offer her their seat. I waited till the next stop and seeing as though no one had bothered to ask her, i offered her mine. As loud as she could she shouted, "I was wondering how long it was going to take you!"....so i sat back down.

I’m sorry like but manners cost nothing.

Err...no. I was kind enough to say hello as i entered the room and she spoke about me as if i wasnt there.

I also was kind enough to offer my seat on a bus when others closer to her didnt.

Both times i got a mouth full about being kind and respectful.

I have a lot of time for any old gadgie that contributed to the war effort. Even if they were rude I'd be respectful to them.

But the modern old people are just plain sh!te.

They haven't had to fight any major wars, never went up chimneys, and never had it so good.

So there's no reason for them to act like clunts.
