    Geddin

Although Spurs will just get round it by taking him on loan with a future fee in Jan presumably?

If it's not done now they can't loan him until January anyway, unless that's what you meant?

I don't understand the hatred here both in this thread and in the other one? Bitterness probably.

We had to get a deal done in 2 hours, we were pushed right to the deadline and the FA are just checking the deal was done in time, what's wrong with that? Not like we're the first club for this to happen to.

Nothing to do with Redknapp at all, as usual, people here don't seem to understand when it comes to transfer dealings it's down to Levy and in this case Darren Eales as well.

People don't like Redknapp and Levy, and many also think the London clubs have got an excessively high opinion of themselves and look down on anything north of Watford.

If I were you I would probably be able to live with that given you get lots of media attention, it's easier for you to attract foreign players and you'll probably squeak through and get van der Vaart, who is a fucking amazing player. It's not going to stop people hoping 'Arry gets gonorrhea of the face though.

I'm not entirely sure why as a Spurs fan you are on a Sunderland based message board strangely

People hate 'Arry and Spurs because they've pissed around with Sunderland for a while. The Peter Crouch deal comes to mind
