Never heard of him before today when I watched him in Norwich v Wigan game. Looked canny and I was shocked to see he is 29 and been around a while - what are peoples views on him? Had a cracking game today IMO.

Tin hat on as I will no doubt get abuse from the know-it-alls.

Always quite liked him, a slightly fitter Andy Reid.

Scored against us for Villa to equalise iirc. Free kick.

    Still a wanker anyway.

We were after him IIRC when he was at Celtic and he opted for Villa where he flopped.

Scored a decent free kick against us at The SOL a few yrs back when at Villa.

Good for Celtic the first time.

    Shite at Villa

Injured and out of favour when Lennon came in the second time.

Has hardly played so far since signing.

    Average at best

Never really done anything near what was expected of him. Think MON took him to villa and was a let down and went back to Celtic. Always been the sort of player with a bit ability but inconsistent

    Never heard of him?

He's an ok player but never lived up to the potential he had at Celtic. Totally flopped when MON took him to Villa and then didn't do much when he went back to Celtic, hence he finds himself warming the bench at Wigan.

MON signed him for Villa and a lot was expected of him, never really made it though. Scored against us with a cracker mind

Don't think he was that bad at Villa, had some moments of quality but didn't settle in.
