Drinking at home

I never used to at all.
Lately I find I have a drink at least every other night

Is this normal?

Through the week yeah and then out most weekends, drinking a hell of a lot.

I don't DO going out..... so I drink at home - most nights....don't get plastered, couple of glasses of wine or a can of cider.
