What happened to the flag?

We were hearing the build up to the derby how the new flag paid by the fans was to be unveiled before the derby game so what went wrong?

It was on the pitch 15 minutes before kick off, didn't use it in the crowd as it would have clashed with the cards

Ground was pretty full 15 mins before kick off to be fair. Probably the best atmosphere of the day.
