Next season
Can't wait for next season. We'll have everyone fit, a couple of new top signings and everything to play for. Whether we make Europe this year or not, this has been a great season for us. Just think of what we could have achieved without the bad luck we've had with key long term injuries.
I honestly think next year we can challenge for a Champions league spot if we continue on this carpet ride. Keep the faith!!

nice sentiment
come january without reinforcements, we could be in for problems
african nations cup as it stands now, could take 4 first team players out of the team
will we sign replacements to cover for them?

Re: Next season
Villa, Everton, Liverpool, Newcastle will all be stronger outfits next season than they are this id wager, if we are to get into the europa, this season is our big chance, we need to sign up ther loanees on perms or longer loans and replace bent, im not 100% convinced we will be a stronger side next season, i hope so but with the stuff coming out of the club just recently its going to be a big ask. We cant afford to let the season trail off now.

I certainly am looking forward to the rest of this season. Far more exciting wondering if we will make Europe than wondering whether we will be relegated. However, I was merely pointing out how excited I am about next season too.
Hopefully we can have enough strength in depth to cope without our African stars for January. Plus, who knows, the fixture list may be kind to us in January!
It's an exciting time to be a Sunderland fan
