Is it right that it was a NATO rocket that did it?

Showed his dad carrying him away from a mortar blast I think. Didn't look badly hurt until you saw the blood on his back

I saw it at around 4am this morning whilst on night shift, was sure i had heard something about a NATO rocket being the cause.

Guess i was more tired than i thought.
