    Default Durham v Leics T20

Could be a close finish at the Riverside.

Durham scored 187 for 5 with Muchall (64) almost carrying his bat.

After 12 overs Leics are 126 for 5 thanks mainly to Jefferson hitting 63 off 30 balls.

Leics were running away with it but Plunkett has brought Durham back into it with 2 wickets in his last over. They now require 58 from 7 overs.

22 required from the final 2 overs with 4 wickets in hand. Could be a last ball job.

Now reply 13 from the last over with 3 wickets in hand. Pressure on Claydon.

Thank fuck for that. I would have put money on Henderson hitting his first ball for four there! Two in a row ..... are Durham finally getting the hang of this format?!?

Durham win by 4 runs. Very exciting finish.

Wish I'd gone now. Did anyone on here go?

It looks like it but never underestimate Durham's ability to mess it up.

Still third in the table but only a point behind Leics now. Good job we won as Worcs beat the Yorkies and have the same points as us but an inferior run rate. Notts won again though and are looking like they'll win the group.

decent enough batting performance by us although thought at times we were abit timid on a very decent pitch and short boundary. At halfway during our bowling we looked out of it, only some decent bowling by benks and claydon got us home and a decent over by plunkett.

Overall quality game and a good win. Rushworth doesn't look a county or 20/20 and bar his wicket looked poor. Not sure what benks was thinking opening with Borthwick it was an awful decision as it didn't spin all game and he agin didn't bowl well. Taylor probably lost it for Leics in the end as he never looked capable of hitting boundaries

good day had and decent weather

Cracking day with a quality game of cricket.

Jobsworth stewards doing their best to ruin it, nothing changes.

I went like. Canny game. Durham had enough runs on the board but some poor bowling in the first 12 overs gave Leicestershire a sniff. Their opening batsman was canny but once he went they didn't look very good. Think they only had three boundries in the last 7 overs, but about 23 in the first 12!

    Good day out really.
