First time I have questioned SNQ...
Is now.
Big "happy clapper" here.
This is bad business.
He is 20, he has a 5 year deal, we don't have to sell.
Despite what some idiots think he is going to be a top player.
He will be worth more in a few years.
N'Gog is not worth anywhere near 7 million, I'd be unconvinced if we got him on a free.
13 mill does not get you very far, we spunked that on Ringo and Anton.
He stated that we should of sold SKP at the right time, would of been shite for the fans, and we sill would of gone down so it selling Bent (undecided on that one) and Henderson.
Henderson value won't go down, he is getting better and hes on a fuckin 5 year deal.
I'll go to watch it in the pub if I fucking want.

Rubbish !!!!!!!
You do realise all the power is with the player.
His new agent has turned his head and made a nice little earner for himself .
Clubs are powerless , 5 year deals mean nothing , just decides the size of the fee.
Are you suggesting that we offer to match the wages Liverpool were alledgedly offering of 60K a week .
Get it through your head that we are not a massive club , cannot match the wages of teams like Liverpool , certainly not for a 20 year old who though promising is not yet the finished article.
It could go pear shaped at Liverpool , if , after all the money Dalglish is intending to spend , they don't make Europe this season .

Bollocks bollocks bollocks.
Players stay all the time, look at Fabregras.
I accept he was going ot be sold in the future.
But this is bad business for the club.
His value will keep in increasing, he has 5 years left man.
We are getting 13 mill cash for henderson, mags (nothing to do with it being the mags) got 35 mill cash for Carroll.
Not highlighting as a jealousy of the Mags, would be the same if itwas bolton, thats just bad bad business.

For a start you do not know that it's only 13M cash .
Liverpool paid stupid January money for Carroll , who is not worth 20M let alone 35M
You also do not know that Henderson's value will continue to rise , he may not fulfill his potential . He may go backwards as a player , when he tries living up to his inflated fee.
Lets wait and see who we bring into the club , before wetting our nappies.

He is going to be quality man.
Fair enough about fee, but Caulkin seems to think that its nailed on for that, and hes normally spot on thats all.
I will calm down by tonight, just struggling to think of the business sense in this deal at the minute.
Plus games all about money these days, starting to lose interest.
What if Colback does get any good, he will be off too.

I'm genuinely pissed off with the club. Losing Jordan Henderson is bad but David n'Gog? What the fuck!

Of course it is the pub watchers who are to blame for us having to sell.

Yes, of course we should. If we want to progress we need to match player's demands. We have lost Bent already because of this and we certainly won't attract top players without paying top money

Re: First time I have questioned SNQ...
It's just June, ffs.
It's how we now invest this and the Bent money in the next 2 months that will show us how good a job SAFC management are doing.
Chill out, man...
