I need about 27 pints before I dance, so I'm more like the second one

Neither, I'm an absolutely shocking dancer, whether I've had one pint or a dozen

a few years back i was in a bar in newcastle
had a free bar so was pretty tanked up by this point and heard cheering over by the dancefloor
we couldnt really see it as there was a large crowd / lots of smoke-machine smoke
so we went upstairs and looked down on it
was a dance off competition going on and the DJ was randomly plucking people out the crowd to get up and dance
so we had a few more drinks and then went to watch from the edge of the floor

" next up... you! you with the hair! "
my mate pushes me onto the dancefloor and all eyes are on me
i cant really see people as im drunk / lots of smoke around
    i kick out some moves
theres some body popping, some kossack style dancing and some tricks i learnt from pj & duncans performance of lets get ready to rumble on an xmas top of the pops
    i think im AWESOME
    really going for it
then he calls a DWARF onto the floor to dance off with me
    i cant compete
this little shit has it all, charisma, flexibility, large head,
i stumble out of the smoke and as i focus on the crowd i see the faces
    the laughter
    the pointing
    and my mate
    stoney-faced and looking beyond me
    totally ignoring my presence
he wouldnt acknowledge me until we were away from the dancefloor as i had shamed him

I find this hard to believe, unless it's false modesty. I cannot imagine such a cool scenester like youself not being able to dance in a more than adequate manner.

    Me, I'm brilliant when pissed.

The best grandad dancing I saw was when I went to see The Beach Boys (well one of them) at the City Hall. I was almost crying it was that bad (good)
