What do you need to use it for? Any kids? Mileage per year?

I have a 21 month old son and I use the car for work. I get 45 pence per mile. Want something comfy but not a gas guzzler. Passat was ideal but was thinking of a change that's all. Mrs (no) has a seat Leon so don't want one of them
