For breakfast I had grilled bacon and a slice of brown bread.
I'm now starting to get hungry as I've only eaten an apple since.
For teatime I'm going to have a big bowl of porridge so I need something healthy to keep me going until 7pm.
I can't think of anything except for more fruit but it's boring. Any ideas please?
