    Any good for weight loss?

Not after doing anything drastic I just want to shift a couple of stone over the summer , Im cutting right down on the amount and the stuff I eat and was wondering if 1 of these would help?

Why are you cutting down the amount you eat?

I'd be very surprised if you ate too much clean food.

Did the job for me along with a decent diet. Half an hour in front of the telly each night and I lost 2 stone.
Unfortunately got out of the habit and piled it back on.
Think a bit of variety would help so you don't get bored. Maybe mix it with running or footy. At least with the cross trainer it is private and nobody sees what a sweaty unfit mess I am.
