I've been trying to workout a decent routine for ages like, but i've not found a routine i like yet/that is seeing any decent results
3-5 sets incline(15-20 degree) dumb bell press
3-5 sets flat dumb bell press
3 x tricep cable pull downs
3 x high cable chest fly
3 sets of dips to failure
2 sets of single arm cable tricep pull downs / behind head dumb bell tricep extensions
3 x chest fly machine
all to failure in the 6-10 rep range except dips which I can do loads of so just keep going to failure, probably should start adding weight.
