Yolks in Mashed Tattys
I cannit tell the difference mesel, what is it meant to do? Love cheesey mash leek and mash with the skins left on!

I always make mash by pricking the tatties with a fork and microwaving them as you can with baked potatoes and then peel the skin back and mashing with salt, pepper, butter and horseradish.
If you boil them you lose 80% of the flavour.

I should have mentioned, the time I had mash done with egg yolks I used baked potatoes for the mash.
