wat i want to know has anyone put an extension on top of the garage and how much did it cost ya?

fair bit these days mate. thirty grand upward and then theres the new vat rate mate to be factored.

I live there...plenty of semi's with extensions as you described...Killingworth Road has a fair few like that..

Why don't you just buy one with it already done, cheaper and less hassle than doing it yourself.
