Default How big is your TV

So the wife and I went out at the weekend and I was able to con her (I mean convince her) that we needed a new tv for the basement (football season not far away and new Xbox just purchased). So we were looking at tv's around the 46" mark when someone recommended this one http://www.vizio.com/via-hdtvs/xvt3d554sv.html

That then got me to thinking, how big is everyones tv at home, and is it possible to have a tv that is too big???

(oh and LA Noire looks awesome on this tv)

42" and its massive considering its only a small front room and its directly in front of the couch. I love it though

37" and sit about 5/6 foot away, don't think I could go any bigger but was looking at 42", there is a set distitance you can sit away from a size of tv to get the best viewing

The main one is 46", the one in our bedroom is 42" (used to be the main one but as I like gadgets I couldn't resist buying a LED screen) then the one in our guest bedroom is 36"

The 42" one is bloody heavy, I had a hell of a job hanging it.

No TV is too big. My mate's got what he says is a 32" in his front room and it looks fucking tiny. My 32"er in my bedroom is ideal.
