Finding a van owner
Some cnut has parked a shitty X reg transit slap bang outside my front door and its been there since sunday, no body in the street knows who it belongs to. is there anyway i can find out who owns it.

will they do anything its not parked illeagally or anything its just a pain in the arse he is taking up 2 peoples parking spaces.
Ideally if i find out where the owner lives i will start annoying fuck out of him. Maybe the SMB could suggest things i leave on his doorstep. |
