    Default Getting In Shape

Right, never really been one for exercise or owt but am fancying it now.

Can anyone advise a fitness regime that will get me fitter and enable me to lose my beer gut.

    Cheers Titus.

When I was training for C2C I quite enjoyed it and lost some weight to boot, alas I have now not got a Bike, could buy another if it's part of the regime like.

Never tried running but willing to have a go of that as well, not quite sure what 500 meters then stopping for breath will achieve though

You have to start somewhere tho Hauser, Jan 1st i couldnt even run 200m without stopping but nearly 4 and a half stone lost since then i ran 12.5m none stop last saturday and cycled nearly 40 today.

Just take it easy, slow jog then walk then jog again and walk, the jogging distances will increase whilst the walking distances decreases.
